Which invoice should I pay?
We combine your items into one order at the end of the day and send out Pugster invoices via email. If you ever have a question about the amount you should pay, please email us for an invoice. Please do not pay for items individually if you wish to combine shipping.
What is the status of my order?

Do you offer Express or Priority shipping?
Express mail (1 2 day delivery) is available for a $15 fee. Priority mail (2 3 day delivery) is available for a $5.00 fee. Our regular shipping takes about 3 5 business days anywhere in the US. We cannot guarantee delivery timeframes for regular or Priority shipping, but we do guarantee your order will be shipped on the same day you pay. This applies to all payments received by 5pm Pacific Time.
Why the name "Pugster?"
The president of Pugster, Inc. has a Pug named Pinky. Pinky is always with us in the office, and she sleeps through the day while everyone else is swamped with work. Her picture is also posted on the site.

What kind of payments do you accept?

Do you accept personal or company checks?
Sorry, we don't accept any personal or company checks due to company policies. We can only accept credit cards and e-checks through Paypal. Other methods of payment are money order or cashier's check.
Can I send cash?
You could, but we prefer you do not. If you do send cash, we are not responsible for any loss in the mail. Paypal has proven to be the safest and fastest way to pay, and for us to process your account. You can also send instant money order payments using Bidpay (http://www.bidpay.com/).
Shipping Questions
Can I combine shipments?
Yes, we can combine shipments for up to 3 days so you can save money on the shipping charge. We will be happy to e-mail you a combined invoice. If you do not receive your invoice automatically at the end of the day, please send an e-mail to ebay@pugster.com to let us know you are finished shopping. Please do not pay for items individually if you wish to combine shipping.
What are the shipping charges (US)?
We offer a shipping rate per each item ordered: $2 for the first item and $.50 for each additional item for combined orders if you send one payment for the entire order.
Can you ship outside of the United States?
Yes, a flat rate of $5.00 will apply for up to three items, then $.50 for each additional item thereafter. **Canada s/h rate is $3.00 for the first item, $.50 thereafter. These rates are only offered when a single lump sum payment is sent for all items to be shipped together.
Do you insure the packages that are sent out?
We provide optional insurance on all orders for $1.30 per $50.00 of item value.
