I am the president and CEO of a Florida registered S-corporation and its subsidaries which operates on a daily basis in the retail and consumer industry. As such, I conduct business on eBay as I would with my retail customers and wholesalers. A satisfied customer and product provider is one who will do business with me again as well as pass on their experience with others.
My goal is to have any eBay member who does business with me end up with a positive experience; any winning bidder of items I sell be satisfied with the item purchased; any seller that I am the winning bidder feel comfortable knowing the transaction will go smoothly and in a timely manner and that anyone doing business with me enjoys working with me and would feel comfortable and confident to do so again.
