In case you were wondering what I do.....I am a SAHM who loves to sew, quilt, and most of all spend time with family and friends. With my two children away at school all day I found life to be a little mundane so I decided to sew and sew and sew some more to fill my time. I made blankets, clothes, and quilts for family and friends. With each one I made I was able to get a little more encouragemet. I loved making people happy with the things I made. For years people tried to talk me into selling the things I made, but I just couldn't figure out how to do that and be a SAHM at the same time. Then I discovered eBay. I have decided that my life needs a little something more...so.... With a little push from my BEST friend, Amy....I set out on a journey to design and create custom boutique clothes and hair bows. The Quilted Lilies started out as just a fabric shop just so I could prove to myself that I could sell on eBay, and is slowly evolving into a Boutique and fabric store . So here my journey begins.....
To give you some idea...I have been quilting and sewing for 9 years now and absolutely LOVE this hobby and am continuing to grow my talent daily. I am a perfectionist and strive to do the best I can at everything I do. I still wouldn't consider myself a professional, nor will I claim to be. I just love to sew and want to share my talents with others. Below are a FEW examples of the things I have made. If anyone that buys my clothes wants to send me pictures and gives me permission to do so I will post them on this page.
