Since eBay instituted the new 1-5 point rating system they have stated that a 5 rating is the best, while a 4 rating is good. this is NOT true! A 4 rating (or less) is considered BAD by eBay and raises our costs and lowers our product search placement. So please leave us all 5 ratings if you are satisfied with our performance and let us know via e-mail or via telephone if you're not.
Our biggest issue is with the rating for Shipping Cost. We are receiving mostly 4s and 5s giving us an average of 4.6 currently and getting close to 4.5 and a 4 is not a fair rating as we do not even charge for handling or packing materials in our fixed shipping costs. On many shipments that either go cross country or to a rural area we actually LOSE money. So please leave us a 5 rating for all categories and especially for the Shipping Costs Category.

All of our new products come with a product warranty from the manufacturer that covers any defects within the stated warranty period. Repair or replacement is at the sole discretion of the warranty center. Warranty returns need to be sent to the appropriate warranty center as stated with the product or by us via e-mail instructions. If an item is is received in non working condition (DOA), special arrangements will be made where possible (most cases) to reimburse the cost of Ground shipping to the warranty center. The warranty center will pay for the cost of return shipping back to the purchaser
All Sales Final. Sorry we do not accept returns based on satisfaction issues. Reasonable attempts will be made to provide an upgrade solution if requested and the original product is returned in new condition if an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is issued. A 25% restocking fee of the original item's purchase price will be deducted for returns without explicit e-mail approval and without an RMA number. Original or return shipping fees are never refundable as they are in possession by the shipping companies.
