As a SELLER, I Will Strive to Maintain:

- If you're not happy, I ask that you first contact me so I can refund your money or find a resolution we are both satisfied with prior to your leaving anything but positive feedback for me.
- Positive Feedback Given Upon Payment & Verification of Your Full Satisfaction
- I defer my feedback until I am sure you are satisfied with your purchase so I may remedy any problem whatsoever with you prior to your leaving anything other than positive feedback. This will give me an opportunity to work with you on any dissatisfaction or concerns you may have with your purchase or my service. I hope that you will leave feedback within a reasonable amount of time (3-7 days) once you are sure that you are satisfied with your purchase experience. If for some reason, you are unable to provide positive feedback in that time, please let me know so I do not send follow-up communications checking to assure all is well. Thank you.
- Note that if you pay with a form that requires clearance time, I will wait until your payment is completely cleared for shipping. PayPal advises this and I follow their advice on it. This will probably delay shipping.
- Quick Delivery to Shipping Company
- So you can get your item as quickly as possible given the shipping option you choose.
- I will do my best to let you know when I have shipped or plan to ship, and also remind you of the expected delivery time based on the option you choose.
As a BUYER, I Will Strive to:
- Make My Payment ASAP :o)
- So you can get get paid as soon as possible of course, as I expect of my Buyers.
- Expect Great Communication from Sellers
- So I can better understand when to expect delivery of my purchases and avoid emailing Sellers multiple times.

- Which may or may not include satisfaction guarantee
- If a guarantee is not made, I hope that Sellers will help remedy any unsatisfactory purchase to the best of their abilities.
Again, I expect no more from others than I would give in return. I like keeping eBay as positive and fun of an experience for all parties as possible.
