SHIPPING OPTIONS
1. Shipping: we try to find the best rates to ship all our products. Please check the item description to find out the current rate.
2. PICK UP: FREE pick up in Oceanside, CA. When paying for the item, choose the "Other" option or you can pay cash when you pick up. Due to our space limitations, we are unable to store boards therefore if you are unable to pick up within a week of auction close, please choose option 1 or 2 above.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
- Paypal: Payment is encouraged within 24 hours of auction end.
- Cash: On PICK UP items only. Please use Paypal if you would like the board shipped or delivered. We will not deliver or ship a surfboard until paypal payment has been received and cleared.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Please keep in mind that a surfboard is a bulky and fragile item to ship. We have packaged and shipped a number of surfboards and we haven't yet had a problem. Our boards are insured during shipping ONLY. If damage should occur during shipment, please follow the guidelines stated below:
- If you notice that the packaging is extensively damaged, PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT NOR OPEN THE PACKAGE. RETURN IT TO THE COURIER COMPANY ON THE SPOT. This way you will not have to pay return shipping charges.
- If you open the package and notice damage, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the surfboard with photos and a detailed explanation. You are asked to keep the packaging materials for the shipping insurance investigation purposes.
- Although we are unable to refund your money, we will gladly replace or award credit for the item purchased.
