AUCTION’S
END
At the end of
the auction or eBay store purchase, please use ebay checkout. Please use the
same email address on both the custom order form and checkout. It allows me to
match the two. I will send an invoice for all your auctions
combined. PLEASE only one payment for all your auctions, multiple payments will
mean multiple shipping charges!!! The invoice will have the insurance as
optional usually, but it is recommended for valuable items.
CUSTOM ORDER FORMS
Please follow the link in the listing
to fill out the engraving information. Be sure to use the same email address as
you did in checkout, failure to do so will delay processing. We engrave exactly
what your order form says. Be sure to check your spelling.
SHIPPING
If shipping
is stated it is for USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail. I use USPS only
for
USA and International buyers. Please pay for
all items in one payment, if you have won more than one auction, email me so we
can combine charges. One package - one address only per
shipping charge.
SHIPPING
DAYS:
We usually ship twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays. Note that these items have
to be made. Normal production time is about 2-3 days, we will ship on the next
possible shipping day after payment is received. Please note that next day or
2nd day shipment is NOT necessarily possible. If you buy within a day or two of
our regular day products will generally ship the following ship day. Large
quantity orders also may take longer.
INSURANCE:
Insurance is optional, but highly recommended! We can't be held responsible for
mishandling, loss or damage once your package is mailed. Cost is $1.50 (actual USPS charge) for each $50 value.
Insurance is not available for Canada and some other International buyers.
PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept payment through PAYPAL, MONEY ORDERS, CREDIT CARDS (by phone) and PERSONAL CHECKS for USA buyers, International buyers by PayPal or Money Order
only. Items paid with personal checks or e-Checks through PayPal may be held 7-10 days for Bank clearance
before shipping. Please if using PayPal,
make only one payment for ALL your auctions, they charge per transaction.
SALES TERMS:
Winning bidder PLEASE reply to winning bidder notification within 3 days and
please try to make payment within 10 days of auctions close. , I don't
really have time to track more than 2 weeks worth of auctions We are always happy to work with you, but can't if we
don't hear from you.
PLEASE READ THESE POLICIES BEFORE BIDDING. BY
PLACING A BID IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT BIDDER HAS READ AND IS IN AGREEMENT WITH
ITS TERMS
If funds are not received within 10 days of invoice without notice from
you, a Non Paying Bidder report may be filed with eBay and the item relisted. NON-PAYMENT WILL RESULT
IN NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. All
items are guaranteed to be as described and in completely functional condition,
unless otherwise stated. I will gladly accept returns for any item not received
as described for full refund, however returns must be
received by me within 10 days of receipt by you and must be in the same
condition as when I shipped them. I take great care in packaging and cannot be
responsible for uninsured items, I would strongly
suggest insurance for anything of significant value.
