We are a family-owned and operated business. We are not out to sell you a timeshare, we are not agents working for others, and we do not charge any hidden fees. When you win an auction with us, you pay only the winning bid amount, a fully refundable $100 security deposit, a $85 cleaning fee, and 10% sales tax (as required by law). The security deposit is refunded when we receive our key/gate pass back from you and the unit is found to be in good condition. You do have the option of a linen service. This is an additional fee, but again, it is your choice. If you choose not to have the service, you should plan on bringing your own linens (bed sheets, bath towels). All guests must provide their own beach/pool towels.

We offer a great value for your money, special amenities such as on-site golf, tennis, indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, full size washer and dryer in unit, cable tv in every bedroom and the living room, and more. Mostly, we pride ourselves on our personal attention to you. Because we work directly with our customers, we make sure that every question is answered, every detail paid attention to and every person made to feel important. Because after all, you are important!
