In addition to our two retail stores in Seattle and Tukwila, WA, we have been doing business online since 1998. The RE·PC Online Store (A Yahoo! Store) ran from 1998 to 2005; We received mostly excellent ratings from our customers which gave us a 5 Star Rating! We have been a member of eBay since the year 2000; While we had previously sold items on eBay, we finally opened our eBay Store in 2005. We have 100% Positive Feedback!

We will answer as soon as possible Monday through Friday between the hours of 10AM to 7PM Pacific Time. We normally ship via UPS Ground (w/ tracking & insurance) and accept payments via PayPal. Local pickup is available upon request (See below). If you must have it shipped via USPS, please email us. Please understand that USPS so called "Tracking" is very unreliable and does not guarantee a time specific delivery date as does UPS). If you cannot pay via PayPal, please email us about sending a USPS Money Order. We are always happy to combine shipments when possible and when requested to save you money!
To email us, just go to "Ask seller a question" which is under the Seller Information on the top right section of the item listing. It is also under the "What else can you do?" section at the bottom of the page of each item listing. If you call our retail store, please ask to be transferred to our eBay staff, as our retail employees will not be able to answer your questions.
If you have any problems with an item you've received from us, please contact us right away. You must contact us BEFORE LEAVING NEGATIVE OR NEUTRAL FEEDBACK, so that we have a chance to resolve the issue (See eBay Policy regarding contacting the seller if there is a problem before leaving feedback). Feedback Policy
We leave feedback for buyers once the item(s) have been delivered and we know that the customer is happy with their purchase. If there are any problems, please contact us ASAP via phone (at the number listed on your invoice) or email us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We have over 1000 Positive Feedback Ratings with 100% Positive Feedback and zero negatives.
Per eBay Rules: Contact your trading partner and try to resolve any issues before leaving negative feedback. You cannot remove Feedback you have left, so be sure to leave only fair and factual comments and ratings... Try to use negative feedback as a last resort. These comments and ratings are valuable indicators of your reputation as a buyer or seller on eBay.
Local Pickup
You are welcome to pick up item(s) at our retail store to save money on S&H and come take a look at the many items that aren't available online! (We Buy, Sell, Recycle & Repair).
Please Note: Some of the items that we offer in our eBay Store are also available for purchase in our retail stores; Our stock changes daily. PRICES MAY VARY since our retail stores are not in an auction format, etc... Sometimes we have in store specials only and sometimes we offer online specials only.
PICK UP LOCATIONS (2 Choices!): Local pickup is available upon request at our RE·PC Southcenter store in Tukwila. If you would prefer to pick it up in Seattle, just let us know and we will arrange for it to be transferred to our Seattle store, which is just a few blocks southeast of Safeco Field. Store transfers usually take between 1-2 business days. A handling fee may only apply if assistance is requested to help load very large item(s). We haven't needed to charge for handling on local pick ups so far.
Payment: There are many options available for local pickup! It's not necessary to pay via PayPal for local pickups, but it might save a little time depending if you need to wait in line at the cashier or not. If you decide to pay via PayPal, please wait for us to remove the S&H before paying!
If you'd like to pay at pick up, we accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit/debit cards, as well as cash, checks and USPS money orders .

To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.
