Post and Packing:
Your new jewellery will be packaged to you in a gift box or in a pouch and then packed for posting by First Class post if you are in the U.K. A signature may be required upon delivery.
Despatch:
Jewellery will normally be despatched within 3 workings days of clearance of payment. Although at busy times this may not be possible.If your item is Urgent please advise and get confirmation before ordering.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect piece of jewellery, please accept our apologies and make contact, via the Ebay 'Contact Member' system,to advise the problem so that a refund or exchange can be agreed.
Your Right To Cancel:
If you wish to cancel your order please advise via Ebay 'Contact Member' within 7 days of receipt. Ideally items should arrive back within 14 days.
Jewellery should be in an unworn condition and be returned by Recorded Delivery at the Buyers expense unless you have received an incorrect or faulty piece of jewellery. Please enclose details of your user ID and any reasons for return in the package.
