I was teaching elementary school in 2005 when God opened a huge door for my family . . .
and Heavenly Impressions was started! We are Christian family who gives thanks to God for providing such a wonderful opportunity and talent to our family!

Our goal is to provide top-notch customer service and create your high-quality, beautifully designed, personalized keepsake for you, your family, and friends to treasure for a lifetime.

TERMS:

No refunds or exchanges unless the final product is different from the approved proof. Please make sure all text and pictures are correct before approving the proof. Once approved, no changes can be made. I will reprint with a 25% discount.

If paying with paypal, please confirm that your address is correct on your paypal account when making your payment. I use paypal to print shipping labels and the address that's registered to your paypal account will be the address your order is shipped to unless otherwise stated by customer at the time the order is placed.
Cancelled orders are subject to a $10.00 cancellation fee.

How does this work?

1. Browse through the designs in our store
www.stores.ebay.com/heavenlyimpressions and pick the one you love the most.

2. Click on the "Buy it Now" button You can also place your order by simply emailing rachel@heavenlyimpressions.com. DON'T SEND PAYMENT UNTIL I'VE EMAILED YOU AN ADJUSTED EBAY INVOICE FOR YOUR TOTAL.

3. Once you've placed your order, email us at rachel@heavenlyimpressions.com with the following information:
*design choice
*font choice
*paper choice and size
*exact text (Don't worry about spacing.
We will take care of that.)
*picture/s emailed as file attachments

4. You will receive a confirmation email that your order has been received and
you will receive a proof within 24-48 hrs.

5. Once you approve the proof, your order will be sent to print.

What is a proof?
A proof is a low resolution digital image of your photo card that is emailed to you for approval before your order is sent to print.

Do you charge for proofs?
ONE FREE proof will be emailed in approximately 1-2 business days.
One FREE revision (proof #2) is provided upon request.
Additional or revised proofs (proof # 3+) are $5.00 each.

It's been several days and I haven't seen my proof.
Please email us at rachel@heavenlyimpressions.com and let us know if you think your proof time has passed and you did not receive a proof. Occasionally the email we send our customers is marked as spam by your email client and you don't receive it.

How do I send the picture?
Please e-mail your picture to me as a file attachment. Do not resize or edit the photo. This will ensure the best possible resolution. I will do all of the necessary cropping and editing. Do not send pictures through picture sharing sites like Snapfish and Shutterfly or links to your photo on-line from professional photographers or studios . These sites do not allow downloads of the original, high resolution picture file. Do not send pictures from professional photographers c.d.s unless they are the high resolution picture file. Many photographers and pro studios sell photos on c.d.s, but they are not suitable for printing. Your photographer will be able to tell you if they are print worthy.

Can I pay using my credit card or check?
Yes, you can use your credit card or check to pay using Paypal. You can use a mastercard, visa, american express, discover or check using Paypal.

What is paypal?
Paypal is a company owned by Ebay. They process credit cards and checks for Heavenly Impressions using a secure server. You do not have to create a paypal account to pay using paypal.

What is Press Printed Cardstock?
Press Printed Cardstock Cards are not photographs, but are produced on state of the art digital printing presses. Our HP presses use real liquid ink, not toner like a color copier as some other printers use, to give our press products the look and feel of a very high quality printed piece.
We use 110 lb. cardstock and it is only available in packs of 25.
UV Coating gives a high gloss surface on both sides of the card.
Two sided printing is available on Press Printed Cardstock for a $5.00 proof fee.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Approximately 7-10 business days.

What shipment method do you use?

For Photo Cards Printed On Photo Paper:
Your order will ship directly from the lab to you within 1-4 business days. Orders under 79 cards will ship via First Class Mail. Orders of 80 cards+ will ship via Priority mail. Envelopes will ship separately within 2 days after proof approval via Priority mail.

Press Printed Cardstock, Stationery, Address Labels and other items:
Your order will ship via Priority mail.

Do you offer rush shipping?

Yes, rush shipping is available.
4x6 photo cards will ship next business day after proof approval via Express shipping which is an overnight or 2nd day service depending on your area. It is guaranteed by USPS. This service is $20.00.

5x7 photo cards and Press Printed Cardstock will ship within 2 business days after proof approval via UPS Next Day Air for $30.00.

Do you ship to Canada and other countries other than the US?
Yes, we do! Please email us at rachel@heavenlyimpressions.com for information regarding shipping to a country other than the US. Rates range from $12.00 - $50.00 depending on your country and shipment method choice.


Do you charge extra for custom designs?
No, I do not charge extra for custom designs. However, payment must be made in full before work begins on your custom design.

Can I pre-order envelopes?

Yes, when you pre-order your envelopes you receive them before your photo cards arrive so that you have time to address and stamp them. This way you can ship your anxiously awaited photo cards out as soon as you get them! Payment in full is required. No extra shipping charge for this service.


Can I return my product for a refund? What if there's a mistake on the final product?

No refunds or exchanges unless the final product is different from the approved proof.
Please make sure all text and pictures are correct before approving the proof.
Once approved, no changes can be made. I will reprint with a 25% discount.

Color Variations: Slight variations in the printing process may occur from order to order. Colors may also vary slightly from hard copy samples. Actual colors shown on our website may vary slightly, as all monitors display colors differently based on individual capabilities.

Why do you have a minimum order?
We require that you order at least 20 photo paper cards and at least 25 press printed cardstock cards (including stationery, mommy cards, and gift enclosures. ) We have a minimum set because you are not only paying for the paper, you are paying for the design! When you check out, if you do not order the minimum of 20 photo paper cards or 25 press printed cardstock cards, we will notify you and send you an invoice for the difference. We appreciate your cooperation!
