quilting mom lurks around the corner
my first quilt that i did for my son
me, my husband and son on my wedding day

i am a stay at home mom who started quilting at the age of 26 after i suffered a stroke while on the job. i was working as a baker working 6 days a week and sometimes 12 hours or more a day. i taught myself how to quilt to prove to myself and others that i could still do something even though i will never be able to work outside of the house again. i have come a long way and got bit hard by the quilting bug...... i love to collect patterns, anything quilt related and i also like to repair the ones that some one would consider a " cutter".
