A Note about Communication

Communication is essential. We understand that sometimes you have to wait for a paycheck to clear before paying us. We've been there ourselves. We will be understanding. But if you do not contact us within three days of the auction's end (we will always send an invoice that you can respond to) then we cannot be understanding. We cannot read your mind. We do not know your intentions. Just talk to us. If we have not heard from a winning bidder within three days, they will be mailed ONE reminder invoice. If, after another three days, they still have not contacted us, we will take action as allowed by eBay's terms of service. All we are asking for is some common courtesy. Keep us informed and we will be more than happy to show you courtesy in return.

All books, videos (VHS and/or DVD), and CDs will be shipped by Media Mail. Single items ship at a cost of $3.00. This price includes the cost of Delivery Confirmation. No package will ever be shipped without Delivery Confirmation. Multiple winners, add $1.00 for each additional item to be shipped. Insurance is optional and is an additional $1.30.

Non-media items will be shipped by Priority Mail. Shipping and handling will be listed individually with each auction depending on weight. Delivery Confirmation is always included in our shipping & handling charges.

We only ship to the U.S. We will NOT ship internationally, so don't bother to ask. IF, and ONLY IF, you have an address (friend or family for example) that we can ship to in the U.S. will we accept bids from outside of the U.S. You MUST contact us BEFORE BIDDING to let us know you will be bidding. If we see a bid from someone outside of the U.S. without having received prior notification, the bid will be cancelled. DO NOT bid until we have replied to your email and confirmed that we will accept the bid. Anyone wishing to bid in this method is asked to get your bid in early. Do not wait until the last minute and hope that we will respond to your email in time.

We will email the winning bidder once the item has shipped. This email will include the Delivery Confirmation number so that you can track the item on www.usps.com. This number will also be entered into the PayPal "Details" section of the transaction. We leave feedback on the day the item is shipped, not when payment is received. This is just the way we manage our auction tracking.

U.S. Bidders:

Because of past experiences with people paying by methods other than those specified, we will now ONLY be accepting PayPal payments. If you cannot pay by PayPal, DO NOT BID on our items. This is simply the fastest, easiest way for us to get the payment, and guarantees a fast turnaround on shipping. No waiting for checks to clear, no extra trips to the bank to deposit or cash money orders.

International Bidders:

Only Paypal will be accepted for payment. If you cannot use Paypal, DO NOT BID on our items. We have had too many problems with converting currency and having the amount come out to less than the final bid + shipping. Due to daily fluctuations in the exchange rate, Paypal is simply the best way to guarantee no one gets overcharged or underpaid.
