A little about us:
Hello, our names are Jan and Ron, and we are two experienced ebay sellers with over 200 positive feedback. We have 2 years of selling experience on other, separate IDs. We formed this collaboration to join his skills in buying and negotiation and mine in selling and customer relations into one. We're here to offer you excellent quality merchandise at great prices. We are honest, hardworking sellers who are always happy to go the extra mile for our customers, and each customer is just as important as the last. The little guy on the big motorcycle is my shipping assistant and best buddy. |

Payments:
We accept and prefer Paypal for both US and International transactions. We also accept US Money Orders and Personal Checks (US transactions only) and Bidpay for both US and International transactions. Personal checks will have a 7-business-day hold. We ship Worldwide. Payments by Paypal are due within 7 calendar days of auction end or purchase date. Payments by mail are due within 14 calendar days of auction end or purchase date.

Policies:
Customer satisfaction is our first priority. If you are not satisfied with your item, please email us and we will do everything we can to resolve the problem. We will accept returns if the item arrived damaged or was grossly misrepresented; we will consider it if we made a mistake or omission in measurements; and will issue a full refund. We do ask that you return the item in the condition you received it, unworn and unwashed with tags attached and intact.
FEEDBACK POLICY: It is not our policy to use feedback for communication; we would appreciate that you email us with any problems before leaving feedback. It is not our policy to leave negative feedback for anyone, it must be a severe situation before we would consider leaving a negative. We will leave negative feedback for non-paying bidders who choose not to communicate in any way.

Shipping:
We ship the same day or next business day payment is received, with the exception of personal checks, which have a 7-business-day hold. We usually ship USPS First Class, Parcel Post or Priority Mail within the United States. Please be aware that while Parcel Post is a little cheaper, it can also be slow. It is probably the lowest-priority shipping class the USPS offers next to Media Mail. We have had items take up to a week or more to reach us. We offer it simply for those who would like to save a little money on shipping, not necessarily time. We ship Airmail Letter Post, Airmail Parcel Post, or Global Priority Mail internationally. We do not use Economy Surface shipping because it is too slow (4-6 weeks) and we do not use Global Express because the cost is prohibitive to our buyers. We cannot negotiate shipping charges. We will combine shipping charges for multiple auction items won; please wait for our invoice before paying.
