Roo Palmer

I am Roo Palmer.

I am a wife and mum. I live in the Riverina/South West Slopes of New South Wales, in Australia.  I am a Christian e-author.  

My favourite work that I'm writing is titled, "Dale" and its a story full of mystery, love, inspiration, relationships, heartache and God in a normal christian family set in Victoria (where i was born and grew up).  

 My church is the Salvation Army and they are a great influence on my life, not just with my christian life, but also in helping and dealing with people.

I am  a member of the Christian e-authors yahoo group and they are also a great help in my writing work.   I also have two e-magazines that  I edit  and put together...all for the sake of inspiring people into thinking positive and learning about  The Lord Jesus Christ. 

I love e-bay as I have met so many nice people here without even leaving my back room.  The sellers seem to respond to me with alot of respect and kindness and it's easy to feel as if you are a real person on e-bay with feelings and difficulties, and not  just another customer.

My favourite tv. show and the thing i mostly love to watch and learn from is A Country Practice.  I have a dream to see "Dale" on the screen, but focusing more on e-books at the present moment.

My hobbies are singing to the elderly in hostels and nursing homes,  I love to relate to them with all their in built history and experience behind them.   I also love going for nice drives, and picnics.  I'm probably the only ozzie who doesnt follow any of the sports on tv.   But i like watching the ice skating, gymnastics, and swimming when i get a moment to really enjoy them.

You will often find me chatting in the 50s room at Cross Daily Christian Chat or at the Salvation Army Chat room.   I'm not 50 yet but just love the gang in that room

I  love Irish, Hebrew and Greek Music and would love to learn to speak Gaelic and Hebrew and Greek one of these days.  My favourite food is Chinese, but love a good Roast too.
