Please remember:
There are a couple of things about me you should know: this is a hobby for me. I have a full time job, as well as a family and a home, and all the obligations that go with them. Also, there is more than one person in my house with an email address, and only one computer on which to access the internet. I may not always answer emails promptly, or very cheerily. Please remember, it's not personal. I'm just not blessed with an unending supply of free time, so I tend to get grumpy sometimes. I apologize here and now for that. I also take GREAT offense when someone makes it obvious that they haven't taken the time to read the information that I spend my time including in the narrative. That's rude and I take it as a personal insult that you act like your time is so much more valuable than mine. Believe me, however, I try VERY hard to maintain only the highest level of integrity in all of my dealings. I hope you will do the same. In that vain, I ask for payment within two weeks of the close of the auction. I genuinely mean that. If not, expect to see an Ebay payment reminder. Don't get angry about it, because you WILL get one. If you get one of those reminders, remember one thing: it's your fault in the first place. And remember one other other thing: I am NOT responsible for items lost by the USPS, either your payment or my shipments (insurance is always a good idea, and I will send something insured if you are willing to pay the cost, and I do not give refunds). Let's just keep things civil and make it a successful transaction. And please don't ask me about taking Paypal. I don't, and never will as long as they expect me to give them my personal banking information so I can take credit card payments from buyers. Besides, then they want to charge ME for the buyer's convenience. What's wrong with that picture? I also take advantage of some of ebay's Automated services, especially automatically emailing my buyers when I mark an item PAID or SHIPPED. PLEASE watch for these emails so you don't have to bury me with emails asking about whether or not I've received your payment, or shipped your items, OK?
One more thing: my name is RONALD. My bank is mystified who this Robert guy is. Anything other than Ronald on the payment or the envelope carrying the payment will result in a minimum of a two day shipping delay. If you can't be bothered to get it right, I'm not in any rush to mail it out.
In closing, I only hope I'll have the opportunity to show you just how much maintaining a high level of integrity means to me.
