All payments must be received within 7 days after the end of auction. Unpaid item (UPI) complaint will be filed with eBay if no payment is received by that time.
Returns: We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not pleased with your product, we can exchange it or refund your purchase price less S&H within 7 days of your purchase. Unfortunately, due to copyright laws, open software, licenses with visible license keys are not eligible for returns. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Domestic Shipping: All of our shipping and handling costs are always listed on the bottom of our auctions. For your convenience, all multiple purchases that are eligible for shipping discounts will be applied automatically at checkout. Please make sure your ship-to address is correct when you're sending your payment. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses. We are required to collect 8.25% sales tax when Ship-To address is in New York.
