I'm the same kind of person as a lot on the Ebay site, I love it, I can't get enough of it. I'm hooked on Ebay, I spend many hours a day shopping and browsing. I have recently started selling although my wife has done it for years. I used her site before but decided to start my own. I sell a lot of different things, from electronics to home goods, tools, and toys. I enjoy meeting people and buying or selling things in my free time. Watch out, or it will take over all your free time. :)

| I understand that if you sell on Ebay that sooner or later someone will not be happy and leave a negative feedback. What really bothers me is that no matter what you try to do to fix the situation they jump the gun and leave a negative feedback without one thought to what the domino effect is. I had 100% feedback for a while and pride myself in pleasing everyone, within the range of being resonable. I sold a camera that worked fine and was very exspensive brand and type, something happened along the way, I was told it didn't work when it arrived so I refunded there money including shipping and let them keep it to see if they could have it fixed, for their trouble. They left a neutral feedback, I still don't understand why. I sold a Dirt Devil Vacume with an atachment kit, that was used but in great shape. I sold it so cheap and under priced the shipping that I lost a few dollars in the end. They left me a negative feedback because it didn't have a crevis attachment, which I never said it did. No Emails or warning, no refund asked, nothing.... Just wanted to ruin someones feedback score. These things have never made much sense to me, I acually quit selling for a little while to calm down. Some people need to relize that we are all human and make mistakes, and to try and work things out before you jump the gun and do something you may regret. Sorry, I had to get this off my chest. |
