Sara was one of the 1st women hired as an Aerospace Engineer on the S1-C Stage of Apollo Lunar Program in 1965. She has worked for many Dept. of Defense Contractors for almost 30 years. Sara was the founder and 1st President of the Shreveport Astromonical Society in Shreveport, La. in the late 1950's.
