SHIPPING

     We believe that many on eBay overstate shipping in an attempt to make profits. This is something we do not attempt to do, we try to keep the shipping as close to reality as possible and whenver we make a mistake, we refund excess shipping, granted we have cost of Avery Labels for shipping, Ink for the printer, gas for the daily post office run etc.. but in large part, we take this into account when we set a starting price on our listings. On international shipments, we add absolutely nothing to the shipment, we usually overstate the weight by a pound or two to make sure we get enough in shipping, but in EVERY case, the evening after shipping, we will refund every cent that was not paid to the post office to ship your package internationally. We believe the outrageous international shipping cost is hard enough and really emphathize with our international buyers, because of this, our international sales have grown. We ship Ground Shipments on a daily basis (Mon-Fri) and Post Office shipments go out Daily  (Mon-Sat). We track the information in our own database and follow-up to make sure it has arrived as scheduled by the respective shipper. We can not do this on international shipments, as there is no way to track this, so we rely  on those buyers to keep us informed, although with over 7000 items shipped in the last 12 months, we have only had 1 item that was delivered to the wrong address and was taken care of swiftly by both ourselves and the shipping company. We are committed to get your item to you in the most economical and quickest fashion that we can.
