About my auctions:
Payment policy: Please pay me within a month. If I don't hear from you in a week, I do an Unpaid Item Dispute and then you have another week to reply to that. After that, if I still haven't heard word one from you, I lrelist your item. Ebay will give you Unpaid Item Strike. Let's not let this happen and have good communication. If you don't tell me how and when you are paying for the item, I am in the dark. This is also true if you want to win multiple auctions during a certain time. Please pay me every two weeks for what you have won so far and if there is combined shipping that has to be sorted out, I will do that with the next set of auctions you win.
I try very hard to wrap my items well, but if you do not insure your items, it is out of my hands. Be assured most mail goes through the post office and to your door without a problem, but if the item is fragile or you think your package might be stolen if it is placed by the post on your doorstep, by all means, insure it. I am afraid I can only offer insurance to US buyers, since International insurance is really expensive, about $30-50 an item for $100 dollars of insurance. If you do really want to pay that much, let me know and I can add the insurance to your item, but be warned it will be expensive. On larger packages internationally, there is now, since 2007, a slight insurance added for free. It is usually only 25%-30% of what your package is worth, but it is something. Then you would get at least some money back if it didn't show up. I won't refund damaged or lost mail. I can only make a claim with the post office on domestic mail that is insured or international mail on larger orders but like I said prior, this refund would only be 25%-30% of the cost of the items shipped to you.
International buyers take note: I only accept International Money Orders, Paypal and postal money orders (but these orders can only be from Canada and Japan) for auctions. If you send me a payment in anything other currency besides US dollars, your auction will not be accepted as paid and I will only send your payment back if you send me shipping payment (which would be $3) for me to send it back to you. Since I am not a business, I cannot afford to send a payment back that I cannot cash or exchange in the US. So email me with any questions on this matter before you bid. It will save us time later if we are on the same page. Make sure your money order says it can be cashed outside of your country!
I will send your package out prompty, but know sometimes due to customs and other delays, international packages can take up to 60 days to arrive. Shipping will be $3 media mail in the US for single CD, shipped in a sturdy box or padded envelope. If you are not in the US, you have two types of shipping available, you can have it shipped in a padded envelope for $5 or $11.95 for a large International Priority envelope. Multiple wins domestically will be based on weight, multiple wins internationally be still be $11.95 up to 6 CDs. These CDs will be taped together with tape that can be easily removed with Goo Gone (tm). If you do not wish the CDs to be packed this way, there is a $37 box I can send you, which is a box that can be sent to you no matter what the weight. International shipping is expensive, so I try my best to offer an affordable solution and I think $11.95 for six CDs is a good deal.
Note to international buyers, there will be an additional $20 fee added to any box mailed out to you that is unclaimed sent back to me on top of having to pay for shipping twice. I notice that Italy and Easten Europe have really bad customs or mail in general and packages get sent back to me or get unclaimed by the buyer for customs fees or other taxes they have to pay for them. This wastes a lot of my time, so make sure you claim packages and have an address you can pick up the items at. Or you will have to pay the extra $20 fee if I get the packages back and the cost of me shipping it again.
Each week I will be putting up CDs and other good stuff in the neofolk/gothic/industrial/electro areas, so bookmark me and check back often! :) I keep all my CDs very nice, so you don't have to worry about scratches and the like, unless noted. They are all from a private collection.
I ship videos, CDs and books media mail in the US but sometimes I will upgrade this to first class if the mailing price is close, which on CDs it usually is. Media mail takes up to 14 days, but usually will get to you in a week or sooner. First class is 3 days to a week. International is usually 3 days to 10 days.
I don't do returns because I am not a business and most of my items are personal and are in excellent or like new condition. A person could easily buy a CD from me, copy it and return it, trying to scratch it up so it looks worse then the condition sent. I have had a person buy a tarot deck from me and then say there wasn't a card in it, when I sent it complete. This person then told me they had buyer's remorse. So basically, be a nice buyer. Don't bid on stuff if you don't have intention to pay or might feel bad buying it. I want people to be happy with my auctions and service.
I strive to answer all your questions beforehand, so please ask any questions before you bid, so neither one of us is confused or disappointed. I answer most questions within 24 hours. Never be too shy to ask me anything about my items or my policies. It is good for both of us in the long run.
I WILL BE ON VACATION 4TH OF JULY WEEKEND, JULY 4TH-JULY 6TH. ALL QUESTIONS WILL BE ANSWERED WHEN I GET BACK ON JULY 7TH.
