Hi there, fellow EBAYer!
I try to be as complete as possible in all my descriptions.As most of the items I sell are used, i try to describe most aspects of cosmetic appearance, function and such, but some bidders may find some particulars not mentioned in the description. If i leave anything out, it's not intentional, and not meant to deceive anyone, or i may feel they are not worth mentioning.On some items i am only mentioning GENERAL appearance condition and am not too concerned with minute imperfections that some bidders may find offensive! I try to have plenty of pictures for best description of item. Questions are encouraged and are answered as quickly as possible, most of the time within a few hours. Sales are FINAL , There will be NO RETURNS .
In the very rare case of an accepted return item (Regardless of reason) there WILL BE A 15% restocking fee. The shipping charges BOTH ways are also never refunded!
If you don't agree with all above and below, please do not bid on my auctions! I reserve the right to cancel any bid from a bidder with negative feedback!

What to expect from me!
Well, you can expect fast emails, fast payments on items i buy, good packaging on items i sell.
INTERNATIONAL BIDDER INFO!
Please note that international shipping is VERY high and each item has a pre-disclosed shipping quote! Basically, it takes a lot of money to ship out items internationally, PLUS it takes a lot of time filling out forms and paperwork, and simply put, it is a LOT more inconvenience, extra work and more risky compared to US shipping. That is why international shipping is high. I DO NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBLITY ON ANY OF THE ITEMS once the items have been shipped.ALL International shipping will be AT BUYER'S OWN RISK! The customs tax of your country, if any,is YOUR responsibilty! Since i ship out by USPS (Postal Service) there are NO TRACKING NUMBERS on any items.The shipping period can take a long time, even though i have had good success rate in the past with the international shipping! International shipping will be done ONCE A WEEK ONLY!
There is NOTHING i can do to expedite shipping once it is shipped out!
PLEASE NOTE - Shipping time and deliveries to Italy, Portugal and Spain are quite long and VERY problematic. I assume NO responsibility shipping to these countries! Shipping to these countries is AT YOUR OWN RISK.Please read the above very carefully

I will contact top bidder of all my auctions within 12 hours of ending time, and I expect an email answer within 24 hours.YOU MUST make contact within 24 hours of auction close,If i do not hear from you in 3 days after auction is closed, i will assume you do not want to complete transaction, and will either re-list item or not sell at that point and feedback will be left accordingly!
!YOU are responsible to keep your email updated with Ebay so that my emails reach you and don't get returned to me!I accept Money orders, Cashier's checks, personal check from US residents w/10 days clearance wait.Payment will be sent to my PO Box address!

Most everything will be shipped USPS priority mail (US Postal Service) unless otherwise noted. Depending on your location and weight of package i reserve the right to choose between shippers.Please do not email constantly asking for tracking #,
i will tell you when item was shipped and when to expect it!
All shipping prices are FIXED! I will NOT be responsible for lost or broken items in shipping.YOU will need to file a claim with the post office in such an unlikely instance!
I can tell you that international Post Office insurance funds recovery can take 1 FULL YEAR. FEEDBACK
My policy is to leave feedback upon completion of transaction!
Please note that i am very easy going and reasonable, BUT if payment not received after 10 days for ALL BIDDERS, the transaction may be considered void, and IN ALL CASES, after 12 days of auction close and still no payment, you WILL receive negative feedback!!
