Select Sounds LLC, is a full-time family-owned business located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains of Virginia. Select Sounds LLC was born out of enjoyment playing the guitar. How better to indulge the guitar bug than by running a business that tests, evaluates, and sells what you love?

We believe there are real benefits for buying from a growing family-based business. We appreciate how hard it is to make it in business, and the parallels to success in music. So, we're working extra hard and pinching a few pennies to ensure that our prices are competitive and our products offer value. Initially our inventory may seem limited, but as we grow, so will our inventory. If you have a favorite product you'd like to see added, let us know. We'll take a look and consider stocking it.
If your payment is received before Noon (ET) Monday - Friday, your order will usually ship the same day. In a few cases shipment can be delayed due to unresolved questions concerning the order or the shipping address. Shipments can also be delayed to allow time for placing additional orders to save on shipping (I recommend you contact me immediately after placing your first order to ensure that it is held and combined with another order).
Where will my order ship to?
If you pay by PayPal, I will ship to THAT address. Experience has shown that the address on file with eBay is less reliable than the address maintained by PayPal. Additionally, using a confirmed PayPal address protects both the buyer and seller. If you take a moment to ensure your shipping address at PayPal.com is correct, confusion and shipping delays can be avoided. If you pay by Check or Money Order, I will ship to the address provided with your payment.
Why haven't you left feedback for my order?
Instead of sending meaningless feedback, we wait to ensure that our customers have received their order and are happy with their purchase. Once you acknowledge receipt via your feedback, our feedback-system will automatically leave feedback for you. If, for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us and give us a chance to make it right. Check our feedback - we work hard to resolve problems - but we need to know what they are.
Can I combine orders to reduce shipping costs?
Yes, within limits. If you purchase multiple items that have a shipping cost and it's possible to package them together, we will do so and refund half of the shipping cost for the 'ride-along' items. Our policy is: If shipping is charged, you pay full price shipping for the heaviest item, then 1/2 price shipping for each additional item in the same package. This means that some heavy or large items are not eligible for combined shipping discounts. In addition, if you place your second and subsequent orders after the first is packaged, we cannot offer reduced shipping.
Can I pay with Cashier's Check or Money Order?
Yes, you can.
If you plan to pay by money order or cashier's check, please note the following additional information:
1) I recommend U.S. Postal Service Money Orders. They are very inexpensive, and nearly everyone has a post office nearby.
2) Cashier's checks and money orders should be made payable to Select Sounds LLC
3) Money orders are subject to a holding period of two business-days. Cashier's checks are subject to a holding period of five business-days. You can avoid the delay of a holding period by using U.S. Postal Service Money Orders.

Absolutely!
We may not offer a product combination or quantity that you need. That's OK. Send us your request and we'll let you know if we can fulfill your order. If you're still interested, we'll post the offering as a special Buy It Now item. Since you know about it first, you're sure to snap it up.
