Box addresses are provided by the customer, the package will be sent via the United States Postal Service. INSURANCE: Insurance is included in shipping and handling cost to cover any lost or damaged items sent via USPS, UPS, FedEx, OR DHL. Please take note: Shipping insurance covers the total dollar amount of the final bid/ purchase, and is your recourse in case of loss or damage to goods in transit.
RETURNS POLICY: Please, friends, do make sure you check the measurements of garments you plan to bid on/purchase against those of a garment which fits you well. Feel free to email us with as many questions as you'd like to ask about any item you are interested in bidding on or buying. We are also happy to supply more photos of items, if you like, and will do our very best to accurately represent the item. Returns are ONLY considered in the event of a gross error in the representation of the item for sale such as an undisclosed major flaw which might have missed our careful scrutiny. For example a "pair" of shoes with two different sizes would not be acceptable, nor would a jacket with two hugely different lengths of sleeves. Buyer has 48 hours after delivery to inspect the item(s) and contact us about any problems. We are happy to work with you to resolve any problems amicably! Returned items must be in the exact same condition they were in when sent, which includes leaving all tags attached. Return shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
