Hi! my name is Florence, i have work and learn all of my life. i find people interesting, i am a better listener than talker, i am considered by my friends (love them all) a longer. Love communication of all kind.
This is where i start. i am on the net since 1998, Ho! how i remember my first computer. TRS80 (1975), with 8 inches floppy disk which i will put on the net (the floppy disk) for sale soon. the computer is at my nephew's store in Coaticook Qc. Canada.
My store is call kanada4u, i will be selling maple syrup products of all kinds. These product as the seal of recommendation from Canada.
let start with a recipe made from :Roland Menard, chef executive du Hovey Manoir, North-hatley Qc.
Brioche de pain dore au pur fondant d'erable.
ingredients;
*3 eggs
*1 cup of milk.
*salt a pinch.
*8 slice of brioche bread.
*3/4 of a jar of pure fondant d'erable
* one cup of Corn Flakes crunched
*i cup of nuts crunched
*3 tablespoon(Soup spoon) of butter.
preparation;
blend eggs and milk with a fork
Add salt.
then soak the slices of bread in the eggs and milk mixture.
Put the pur maple fondant on top of the bread, and sandwich them.
in separate bol mix the crush corn flakes and pecans sprinkle on both side of the bread.
Put the butter in a pan and cook on top of the stove for about 2 minutes, you have to do both sides of the bread.
