Terms & Conditions

Combined Shipping: Get FREE shipping on each additional item! Highest shipping rate applies, then get FREE shipping for each additional item paid and shipped together. Discount is automatically applied at checkout.  Additional items must be selected within 3 days of first item.  Shipping insurance is extra.

Payment: Please pay within 3 days. Please note if an item remains unpaid for 7 days, our sales management system will automatically file an unpaid item dispute with eBay. After 14 days, our sales management system will automatically close any open disputes and an unpaid item strike will be issued to buyer.

PayPal: We gladly accept all forms of PayPal payment, including credit cards, debit cards, eChecks, and bank transfers made through PayPal.

Money Orders: We gladly accept USA Money Orders. Postal Money Orders from any US Post Office are strongly preferred. Please allow up to 10 days for Money Orders to clear our bank prior to shipment. Our mailing address will be provided at checkout.

Personal Checks: Sorry, we do not accept personal checks.

Outside USA: International customers located outside the USA must use PayPal.

Insurance: Shipping insurance is strongly recommended for all shipments, and is required for most expensive and fragile items. If you chose not to insure your item, then Seller is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage during shipment. Should there be a problem with your insured shipment, please contact us immediately so we can initiate a claim on your behalf. Please keep all items and packing materials until your claim is settled. Average time for resolution of claims is 3-4 weeks, but can take longer. Please be patient.

To protect against fraud, it is our policy to hold all refunds or replacement products until payment is received from the shipping insurance company.

If your item was damaged or lost during shipment, we will send a replacement item if we have that item in stock. A cash refund will be offered ONLY if the item is not in stock.

We do not provide insurance coverage for items shipped to any of the following countries: Abkhazia, Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola (including Cabinda), Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Barbados, Belarus, Benin, Bolivia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Burma, Burundi, Cambodia, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Central African Republic, Chad, Chechnia, Congo, Cuba, Djibouti, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gabon, Georgia, Ghana, Guinea - Bissau, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Liberia, Libya, Mali, Mauritania, Mexico, Morocco, Moldova, Niger, Nigeria, North Korea, OFAC Restricted Countries, Oman, Pakistan, Papua/New Guinea, Paraguay, Qatar, Russian Federation, Rwanda, Senegal, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Slovenia, Solomon Islands, Somalia, Sudan, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Togo, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, Uganda, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Venezuela, Yemen, Zaire, and Zimbabwe.  If you purchase insurance and have the item shipped to any of the countries above, you will NOT be insured.  Please request a refund of insurance paid.

Shipping Address: To prevent fraud, it is our policy that we only ship to the address on file with PayPal/eBay.  Special requests to ship to alternative addresses will be ignored, and the order will be sent to the address on file.  We also reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address unconfirmed by PayPal.

International Shipping, Fees, and Taxes: Most shipments to addresses outside the USA will arrive within 12 working days; however, it may take longer.  International Import/Customs fees, duties, VAT, and sales taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the buyer.

Disney Shipping Boxes: If Disney sells your item inside an individual Disney shipping box, we will ship your item inside that box, even if the box could be considered by some to be "collectible."  We do not double box any items unless, in our judgement, the original Disney box is not adequate to protect your item during shipment. 

However, if you are a Disney collector and want the original box to be protected during shipment, we will double-box your shipment to protect the original Disney shipping box for an additional charge of $5.00 per item.  Simply contact us prior to paying so that we can send you a revised invoice with the additional shipping charges.

Also, most of the items we sell are not sold by Disney inside an individual Disney box.  Rather, most of the items we sell are intended for display inside a retail store.  Therefore, they are distributed by Disney in multiples, inside a single carton.  Since you are buying from the Internet, and not from a retail store, we repackage such items for shipment to you in a brand-new carboard box - at no additional cost to you.

Measurements: The measurements provided in our ads are approximate, and taken at the item's widest points.

eBay Feedback: When purchasing products from us on eBay, please note that positive feedback will be automatically sent upon positive feedback received. Since we are committed to your complete satisfaction, if you ever have a question or problem, please contact us prior to leaving feedback.

Price Tags Removed: Because most items we sell are given as gifts, we black-out or remove the price tags on all items. If you are a collector, and you would like the original price tags left undisturbed, please send us an email with your user name and item number prior to payment.

Snowglobe Bubbles and Cloudy Water: We do NOT guarantee that snowglobes will arrive without an air bubble or cloudy water. We inspect every snowglobe prior to shipping to assure every snowglobe is free from air bubbles and cloudy water. However, changes in atmosphere and temperature may cause air bubbles and cloudy water to form inside the globe during shipment.
