I am a 39 year old mom of a 13 year old boy ....and I am also a RN working full time in homecare. I have FINALLY met my mate, and got married  September 22, 2007. Yay!

Things I really do not need, things that I thought would fit but don't, and I then end up selling again ... ha ha. I also have a growing child that needs clothes constantly. I also have a thing for candles and things that smell yummy.

Somehow every other year I end up being a foster mom to many animals. They find me somehow. Well, this is no inexpesive task. I have raised squirrels from 2 weeks to adulthood this past summer I was mom and a personal nurse to 5 one week old kittens. The Animal Protective League said they would destroy them....so I took them home and raised them for 3 months. I had to feed them every 2-4 hours, help them poop and pee .... oh boy. X5 kittens makes a very busy summer. The cost of cases and cases of cat formula was a small fortune, just to give them away for free to good homes I personally picked. My winnings from ebay are helping to defer my dented bank account. It would have been cheaper to pay $500 for a lactating cat....

The Cure, Depeche Mode, Collective Soul, Third Eye Blind, Tonic, Coldplay, Dido, Norah Jones, Sting, David Grey, Lenny Kravitz, Harry Connick jr., Tim Mcgraw............oh the list goes on! You can see it doesn't take much to make me happy :)
