I registered on ebay over five years ago but became very active as of August 2003. I work full time and just do this on the side. I ship on my 1/2 hour lunch break! I really enjoy selling trendy womens clothing. I sell items that I like or would wear myself! I also like to sell and collect purses and cosmetic bags. You will find me selling those as well.
This is a smoke free home. I do have two cats however my ebay items are kept in a closet that they are not allowed to go into. Before shipping I also go over my items with a lint roller just in case! I ship very fast. As soon as you pay, I ship! My preferred method of shipping is usps priority mail with free delivery confirmation. I also do not charge excessive shipping fees. A small handling fee may be added, if any. I cringe sometimes when I see some of the outrageous shipping charges on ebay!
I feel very strongly about making people happy so PLEASE if you are ever unsatisfied with any of my items I will gladly do whatever it takes to make you happy 100% customer satisfaction. I am also a strong believer that COMMUNICATION is key with all transactions. I always communicate with my buyers. I want them to know that I have received their payment and that their item is on its way!
Feedback is also an important part of ebay. It represents your business and how you present yourself. I always leave feedback for everyone, buyers as well as sellers. We have 90 days to leave feedback. There should never be a rush to leave poor feedback, everything should be able to be worked out. I feel that feedback represents your entire experience as a whole.
Detailed star ratings are important to selles as well. If you are completely satisfied with your ebay purchase I would appreciate 5 star ratings. I feel that I always communicate well, I try to describe my items as best as possible, I ship immediately, and I dont charge excessive shipping fees. These detailed star ratings are also optional. If you dont feel you cant rate your transaction with me 5 stars, I wouldnt mind if you didnt rate the transaction at all. I take pride in my selling skills and reputation.
I GIVE BUYERS 7 DAYS TO PAY THEN I WILL FILE AN UNPAID ITEM DISPUTE.
