Once Upon A Time
The first Item that brought me to eBay was a movie based on a book I had read.
Since that time and purchase it was quite a while before I bought more
movies but I was so impressed at how you can find almost anything on eBay,
& how even if you search and find none, it could be just a short matter of time....
A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Auction
After the movie bid, I started looking for things I collect
and found wonderful additions to a great many of my collections,
(I suppose you could say I collect collections!)
in fact, eBay has helped make available many items
I would never find without the internet, as well as
a great place to find gifts! My Christmas shopping is not
been done on December 23, 24...25 since I discovered Ebay!
Ebay is also fun for my youngest, who
always loves inspecting contents of every box,
AND he is a big help with my businesses,
(part time eBay seller whenever I have time
while caring for my awesome family, our MANY pets,
and being an Avon Independent Representative!)
(I am a proud President's Club Level Rep and
Unit Leader. I do NOT sell new Avon on eBay!)
Now my family looks up things they are buying.
It has helped my husband shop for motorcycle parts,
my teenager finds things from purses to posters,
but my youngest is probably the biggest family eBay fan
after me, though in our time on eBay his interests have
expanded to searching for games, guides, Military & Nascar
and interesting old toys....
He's turning into a regular little Redneck I believe...

Ebay Live!
I attended my first (of hopefully many) eBay Live on
June 13, 14, 15, 2006 at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas Nevada.
Lucky for me after these years on eBay they held one a couple miles
from my home and having been once I can only hope and plan to make
the effort to make it to more of them in the coming years.
I cannot describe what an intensely eBay time it was, between
many many many great seminars and speakers and lots of vendors and
service providers set up it seemed like there was always something
to do, see or learn... oh, yeah, and I found a few things to buy.....
My eBay Philosophy
Buying: When I shop on eBay make every effort to pay promptly
and communicate with sellers whenever it might help clarify things.
I enjoy finding several items from one seller as combining shipping
can save both myself and the seller extra work in many cases.
Selling: When I sell I do ship promptly and appreciate the same
consideration from my buyers that I give to my sellers.
Satisfaction is my goal HOWEVER if you feel I've misrepresented something,
I am always happy to talk about it but please take into account
I can't make a used item new again, nor can I make an item into
something other than what was described.
Please ask any questions before you bid so we can both
end up exchanging positive feedback.

of the shipper I am NO LONGER responsible.

A lot of my stuff comes from auctions, estate and
garage sales, consigeners family attics full of treasure
or even the back of my closet!

I do not repair or clean the vintage/estate items.
All items are shown and shipped in "AS IS" condition.
The condition I found it is the condition you will find it too.
I do try to be rigorous about listing any imperfections and
problems as I see them, but I am NOT an expert,
just someone who enjoys finding potential treasures
and sharing by passing them along to their new homes!
Appearance is often my scale for grading - dirty is not an issue
and dents, rips or tears are all disclosed to the best of my ability,
but in vintage items, it can often be a matter of opinion.
GOOD and NICE and FAIR can mean different things to different people
Old wiring or batteries can make it impossible for me to test something
Open items with many smll parts may not always be complete
Pictures are often my best tool to help me describe something.
My name for something may not actually be it's name at all
Obscure items and parts may be obsolete but I will still describe
best I can. I try to be as accurate as possible and omissions
are not me attempting to hide something, but PLEASE, if you need
to know more or if I have have not answered your questions
then by all means ASK, ASK, ASK & ASK EARLY!
