Can I pay using PayPal?
We gladly accept PayPal. If you're not already a PayPal member, signing up for PayPal is easy! It takes two minutes, and you'll even get $5 when you complete PayPal's new account bonus requirements. Once you have joined PayPal, you can send your payment by entering our e-mail address in the "Recipient's E-Mail" field on the "Send Money" tab of PayPal. Can I pay using a credit card over the phone?
Yes! We will gladly accept payments by ALL major credit cards right over the phone. Please call us at

What happens after I have paid for my item?
Orders are normally processed each day Monday thru Friday. During the week, most orders are processed on the next business day. Within hours of processing your order, we pick out the items you have selected and prepare them for shipment. Once shipped (usually within 24-48 hours of confirmation of your payment) we then e-mail you a UPS tracking number. You may view the shipping status of your order by visiting www.ups.com and entering your tracking number.

What shipping methods do you have available?
We ship all of our items via USPS. All of our items ship under our own UPS account, no exceptions.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
After your order has been processed and shipped, UPS usually takes 2-4 business days to deliver, however, due to our warehouses in Texas and Idaho, you may actually receive the product within just a day or two! If you need your item faster (or even overnight!), expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Please feel free to contact us for express shipping quotes.

How much are the shipping fees?
The shipping fees for all of our products are clearly stated on the checkout page. The fees cover UPS Ground delivery with insurance for the full value of the product.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Since we are a New York company, we are required by state law to charge 8.625%
sales tax when shipping to New York state addresses only.

Do you allow local pickup at your location?
Due to the shipping from our shipping warehouses, local pick-up is not allowed.

What do I do if my package was lost or damaged?
If a package arrives damaged, please hold onto the merchandise and all packing materials until advised otherwise by UPS. You may call UPS Customer Service at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877), and contact us immediately. If your shipment does not arrive when anticipated, you must also contact UPS Customer Service and our offices immediately.
