Southwest Skates Adventures In Online Retail Hi, my name is P. Daniel Dooley and I am the CEO of Southwest Skates. I graduated from college in the winter of 2005. I had a degree and absolutely no money. After months of searching I was able to find a stable 9 to 5 job. After two years of the rat race I started thinking about my past ideas about owning and operating a business. In 2007, I stopped wishing and began my journey toward my goal. I obtained a business license, permit, and other needed documents. Then I began a 4 month adventure in sourcing products that I could sell online. So, after many days and weeks of brain storming I finally decided on that "thing" to sell. During my research, I found that many people in the business of selling repeated many of the same mantra's when it came to selling and how to go about doing it. One of the most common mantra's was 'sell what you know'. So, I decided that I would do just that. Primarily, I sell skates, because when I was a kid, like everyone else, I loved them. When I was growing up in San Diego, California--my dad was a skating instructor and passed on the joy and fun of skating to many people, including me and my siblings. Skating has always been fun for me and my family, and I thought it would be the perfect business for me. I know something about many of them, I use them myself, and most importantly I feel comfortable selling them to the public. I sell Quad skates, Inline fitness skates, Aggressive skates, Speed Skates, Hockey Skates, accessories, and so much more! Selling skates is my business and I am proud of it, especially because I know that it can bring people fun, fitness, and a smile. Some of the happiest days of my life were spent in a roller rink. The lights, music, people and of course skating itself. They all came together for a great time for me and my family.

Although my feedback is still not super high, if you read my feed back you will see phrases like 'item exactly as described' and 'great transaction'. This is because I am diligent in my efforts to do a good job because it matters.
