customers. We want to ensure that each transaction we have with you is
going to fast and smooth.
In order to make sure we have a satisfying customer, We
suggest you to read our complete return policy before you make your purchase.
RMA Terms &
Conditions:
- Each
return MUST have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Please write the RMA number on the outside of the box when you return your
merchandise.
- All
RMA requests must be filed within 30 days (45 days for international
customers) after the invoice date. No refunds after 30 days (45 days for
international customers).
- One
RMA number can only be issued for one invoice. If you have different items
from different invoices, a different RMA number must be requested.
- The
use of a carrier that can track packages is strongly recommended when
returning merchandise. You are also responsible for insuring the returned
item. CompCDR.com will not be responsible for any shipping loss from
your side.
- Customer
must inform CompCDR.com of any order discrepancy within 7 days of the
delivery date for accurate investigation. Physical damage to any product
will void the product's warranty and the RMA Policy.
- All
return (s) must have the original packaging and accessories.
- Shipping
fee is non-refundable. Buyer is always responsible for return shipping costs
and insurance. CompCDR.com will not reimburse any customer return shipping
cost.
- Please
allow 8-10 business days to process your return.
- CompCDR.com
reserves the right to refuse service that has violated our return policies.
- Please
note that not all items are covered by our return policy.
Return
Policy for Refunds
You may return most items
sold by CompCDR.com within 30 days from the invoice date (45days for
international customers) for a full refund. Please include the following
information: a copy of your invoice; if you don't have the invoice, then please
include a note with your order number or RMA number. Please note that all items
for a refund must be returned in "as new" condition in the original
packaging and include all accessories, blank warranty cards, UPC codes
(attached), and user manuals. A 20% restocking fee may be applied to all returns
for a refund if the return is a result of customer's error.
The following
conditions and items will not be accepted for returns or refund:
- Any
item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (45 days for
international customers).
- Any
item that is not in its original condition, is physically damaged, or is
missing parts.
- Any
DVD and CD media that has been custom printed by customers on the surface of
the media.
- Any
burned DVD or CD media.
- Any
DVD or CD samplers.
- Any
labels, photo papers that has been printed or used.
- Any
DV tape, software, video game, or cassette tape that has been opened (taken
out of its plastic wrap).
Return
Policy for Replacement or Exchange:
At
CompCDR.com, there is a 30 days warranty for product replacement or exchange.
If you would like an exchange, the item(s) returned need to be unused/unopened
and within warranty. You will also need to include the item(s) with the item
number that you would like. If there is a difference in the cost, please refer
to the payment method for the difference.
Warranty
Information:
Please
note that we have a 30 days money back warranty and all products are sold with
their respective manufacturer's warranty. Please note that warranty periods and
services vary from manufacturer and product.
Return
Shipping Cost:
In order
to keep our prices low and competitive we are unable to issue a refund for any
return postage. You will be responsible to return any item(s) back to us at your
cost for us to process your request for either a refund or exchange.
Restocking
Fee:
A 20%
restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund if the return is the
result of customer's error. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return
Procedure:
You must
obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the guarantee
return period for the products, a RMA
Request Form must be completed and email back to us at sales@compcdr.com.
CompCDR.com
will not accept returns without prior authorization or a RMA number. RMA numbers
are valid for 15 days. All RMA numbers should be displayed on the shipping box.
If the original order was paid with a credit card, please enter the credit card
number on the RMA request form so that the credit will be applied correctly.
Customers are solely responsible for shipping any returned products to CompCDR.com.
Customers agree to pay all shipping charges and accept all risk of loss for the
return products during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will
be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original
packaging material, manuals and other accessories provided by the manufacture. CompCDR.com
will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against
the customer for replacement of the missing component. The same applies if the
product has scratches, dents or excessive wear. Please allow 2 to 7 business
days to process your returns.
All Clearance products (e.g. floppy disk, refurbished, new and opened box
items) purchased from CompCDR.com
will not be accepted for returns.
Attention!
After order leaves our
warehouse and being received by shipping carrier, no more changes could be made.
Customer will be charged $5 per package on credit card for address correction if
wrong/insufficient shipping address is provided.

page before submitting order.
