Bonnie Joines

SkyRidge Designs is owned by Wesely and Bonnie Joines.  It started in 1994.  They have been seen as vendors at Renaissance Faires, Historical Festivals, and other community events all around Texas.  About 10 years ago, SkyRidge Designs launched their first website.

SkyRidge Designs specializes in  quality, well constructed clothing for weddings, theatrical events, and re-enactment groups.  They offer designs for men, women and children.  Lately, they have also expanded to create items for horses as well (the latest project is creating a living carousel!)

  These are quality pieces of clothing which are intended for frequent use.  All seams will be finished in an appropriate manner (French seams, surged, turned and hemmed, etc.) or completely encased in a lining.  Unless they are sold "unhemmed" so they can be properly adjusted over the purchaser's petticoats, hems are double turned and stitched, not simply surged. 

Custom commisions allow you a tremendous amount of flexibility in your garment.  Items can be made to meet your exact measurments.  Or, we can make highly adjustable garments for use in stage productions or for "costume closets".  Additionally, we can conceal functional features such as hidden pockets, elastic, zippers, velcro, and other things to allow you to get an item that meets your needs.
