Fire & Water

As a Real Estate Broker and Interior Designer I love to shop!!!!  and have been to so many houses and businesses that in my eyes needed a focal point, so, I decide to start buying on eBay when I did not have time to go the stores or the malls.

A lot of the items I sell on eBay are from my Grandma's Estate, some are from my own collection and others while shopping for my clients. Everything we sell is either an Antique or Vintage, unless otherwise estated as New items. 

I am very careful packing Fragile items so sometimes shipping might be a little higher, but that is due to the size of the box, not so much sometimes of the weight. I have learned that USPS and UPS if you exceed over 108 inches in total dimmensions, they will charge for  a package that weighs a lot more. But its better to pay a little bit more than your Fragile item arrives all broken due to the handling of so many hands  dues to poor packaging before its gets to your home. I take pride on making sure on my part of proper packaging,  like bubblewrap, peanuts, styrofoam. I would love that all the Fragile items I buy on eBay were so carefully packed as I do, even if I have to pay a little more. It is a huge dissapoinment after bidding, and finally winning the item, and then,,,,,,,,,,,your item arrives broken. I know :(

My Pool, which in 4 years I have only gone swimming 3 times,,What a waste!!! ;o}

Ok,,,,,,,so now, We are working on a Custom Wall Painted Mural,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Maybe we will go swimming more ofter after We are finish???
