I am not a corporation.
Selling stuff on ebay is not my job.
I check my ebay account several times a day.
I am understanding, honest and trustworthy.
Expect fast & personal service from me.
How things will work
When your payment is received and cleared your item will (usually) be shipped within 48 hours. Please allow up to 72 hours at the max to get your item in the mail to you.
All items are shipped in a safe manner with either "interior package" protection or package protection.
All (domestic) items will be shipped using the paypal shipping label method. This allows me to provide you, the buyer, a tracking number and will also help in assisting paypal if an "insurance claim" ever needs to be turned in.
Payment
Payment must be made within 120 hours (5 days) of your commitment to purchase the item. By commitment I mean either selecting a "buy it now price" or the end of the auction. I dont mind waiting "a little" longer for payment as long as you communicate about it.
Neutral feedback will be left if I receive payment after the inital 120 hours without you letting me know.
Once the 240th hour (10th day) arises and no payment has been received you will be left negitive feedback and reported to ebay's "non-paying bidder" program.
If you are paying for your item by money order please complete ebay's checkout process to inform me your are choosing this payment method. Please let me know when the money order has been mailed or when I can expect it.
Feedback
Feedback must be left after the end of a transaction.
Due to a large number of recent "feedback skippers", all feedback will ONLY be left after the buyer (you) leaves feedback for me (the seller). I (the seller) promise not to "retaliate" with neutral or negitive feedback if you (the buyer) leave less than perfect feedback on my account......unless otherwise justified.
If you do forget or choose not to leave feedback.....I send feedback reminders in your package, via email & by phone (if you have a number listed). After all attempts have been made and if you still have not left me feedback after 59 days, I will leave neutral or negitive feedback on your account.
I do this for two reasons. The first being that you should always leave feedback after the end of a transaction to help others see how previous experiences/transactions have been with buyers and sellers. Secondly, I do this in hopes that it might remind you to leave feedback for the next seller.
Ebay wouldn't be such a great place to shop or sell items if you cant tell the creeps from the honest people. Feedback allows you to make a distinction between the two. It is our responsibility, as "good ebayers" to leave honest feedback. |
