Who or what is a Small Planet?
We are animal lovers, former shelter volunteers and anti-BSL advocates. One of the things we feel most passionately about is putting an end to the cruel crime of dogfighting as well as unfair Breed Specific Legislation. We believe all dogs (and people) should be viewed as individuals and not as a breed. We enjoy meeting other collectors, artists and animal lovers while buying and selling on eBay. We do our best to respect nature and try to recycle whenever possible so please do not be offended if we reuse packaging materials. We do not smoke or use perfumes, so if there are any issues with a particular vintage item, it will be noted in the description.
Many of our items are vintage or previously owned, meaning they were not manufactured to meet our demand. We believe in using what is already here vs. making more. If at all possible we like to buy items locally, used, and especially made in the U.S.A. We also appreciate handmade, natural and organic things!
Since we aren't able to use "click and ship" with our computer, we have to take our packages to the post office to mail. To save energy and to conserve our gas money, we are now only shipping 1-2 times a week. Please let us know if you need an item quickly and we will accomodate you.

Bidding On or Bought Something from us? Please Read..

Good communication is very important to a sucessful ebay transaction. After the auction or after you click "buy it now" on a store item, we would like to hear from you within 3 days so we know you are serious about completing the transaction. If for some reason you are not receiving any emails or invoices within 24 hours of item end, you may be having an email or spam blocker issue. Fortunately, ebay has provided "my messages" which is an ebay based email service. Always check "my messages" in your "my ebay" page on ebay to see any ebay related emails you may have missed, and be sure to contact us using this service as well. Rarely do we have a duplicate item to sell to an under-bidder, but if we do we will only send an official second chance buy it now offer only through ebay's my messages. It will show up in your my ebay page under "second chance offers" and in "my messages. Any other second chance offer that does not show up in "my messages" on ebay is fake. Additional information regarding our store policies can be found on our store home page and in each of our eBay listings. We always have detailed descriptions of the items offered and our selling policies in each of our item listings, but if you still have a question about the item, Just use "ask seller a question" and you will get a quick response (usually right away but no later than 24 hrs.) We are always available for our buyers. Always email us with any concern that you have about your purchase prior to leaving feedback so we can work things out. Lastly, let's remember to be considerate and kind in all of our eBay dealings. After all it's the people who make eBay a great place to buy and sell!
