You can be safe and sure that a purchase from us is a 100% in person signed authentic item. Why? Because we only sell what we ourselves obtain! We do not deal in second hand, through the mail or other sourced items, only those which we can get in London where we are based, and occasionally in places like New York City.
On the very rare occasion we would offer an item not obtanied by us, it will be clearly stated in the listing for your reference. Therefore you will know about the item, and these items are usually priced accordingly. These items are rarely used, and generally are only ones we have in our catalouge, we do not source them otherwise.
All of our listings will explain when and where (to a safe degree) they were signed for your reassurance. We will always state if the item was signed at a premiere, after party, hotel or other celebrity event. On occasion we might be slightly ambiguous about the specific location to protect the celebrities privacy, or to ensure a location stays unique to us and us only.
We also only post our items as 'signed for', either as First Class Recorded in the UK, or as International Signed For as offered by Royal Mail. This is to ensure that your valuable item does not go missing in the post. We cannot replace these one of a kind items!
Please also note that basic services only offer up to £36 in compensation. If your final bidding price is more than this we suggest first contacting about further postage methods to guarantee your item. When bidding and winning an item from South East Memorabilia, you accept these terms and conditions, and no further liability will be held for the value of your purchase.
PLEASE NOTE ALSO! We highly reccomend paying for Special Delivery. This means your item is trackable and fully compensated. Why risk losing a £50+ item for the sake of a few pounds postage? Royal Mail are HIGHLY unreliable, and will not always refund up to £36. Your bid and completion of payment accepts the following: that we shall only be held responsible for full refunds on lost items when we lose our reciepts, all other refunds come at Royal Mail's discretion and we will pass on all refunded monies accordingly. We will not lie on foreign customs forms. Chosen postage methods are at buyers risk.
