Welcome to eBay! The world public auction. The most important thing to remember, when you are bidding on eBay, It is people that sell from home, and they sell you lower cost than retailers.  On your part,  show courtesy and patience when you buy and wait for your item to arrive. If you are in a hurry, or is time-essential-type, shop elsewhere. Here on eBay, it is all about great items at a stomping-slashing- prices!! It is also nice to say thank you, when you receive your item, to your seller. 

We do answer e-mails. One very simple reason. Customers are important to us!! Please, keep in mind, We DO receive LOT of orders daily basis. On the weekend, our offices are closed, and following Monday morning, we process Monday orders, plus the weekend orders.  Please be patient with us. Again, remember the price you are paying for, is BARGAIN TO YOU, for BRAND NEW HIGHEST QUALITY, AND THE FASTEST SHIPPING POSSIBLE!. We in return,  we expect generous/friendly and patience on your part . =) It'll be worth waiting for. When we ship your package, we SHIP it fast! Handling time, is occasionally not as fast as you would expect, as we do have lives as well. For holiday rush shoppers, please steer clear. This is ebay auction, where you bid and make payment, item will be shipped to you. Do realize that. If you needed something in such short time, you should had shopped at an online store that has customer services, and pay much more for it, as they can compensate any complaints that you may or will be complaining about. Mostly it will be 0-1 business day handling time on our part. Lot of our customers come back again because of our fast shipping time, and the quality of products we offer, at rock bottom insane price! =) 

Of course, if you have not receive your order, with your past experience with other sellers, we guarantee your item, or your money back. That is something that you can grow to trust us. If you really have a problem with your order after time period given, and if your e-mail goes unanswered, open a PayPal dispute.  State your concern to us, and we will respond to it, and we will see what we can do for you, to make sure you feel satisfied in end. PayPal dispute is available to you, to open a communication to your seller, in case if you felt frustration with communication by e-mail or such. PayPal is a neutral party, and it is NOT something that you may think, "PayPal is what we report to tattle on the seller's poor performance". 

      PayPal is a bank branch, that process payment transfer and manage top accounts to ensure top accounts remain in function and stability. PayPal is usually neutral and they always process by sending template e-mails, and the rest are done by an automated system. PayPal want to see both parties communicate and come to a solution of a problem that the buyer may have. Seller, in end is left with 2 options (settle by providing tracking number to close it, or  issue partial/full refund). Seller have the power of those choices, and the buyer, need to work toward a solution to their satisfactory by keeping their cool head, during the PayPal dispute. Most of the time, things can go their way, if they go easy in solving. Being hard head and difficult-impossible to solve, will always backfire, and they will end up getting upset more, or either angry at the result of the dispute. The sure way to go their way, is e-mail the seller, and wait 0-3 business days, and if no response, e-mail again. If nothing, then open a dispute, and state concern, and want to solve by getting their order, or request a full refund, if tracking number is not provided. Simple process like this, make everyone's lives much easier. 

We all are just human and there can be some mistakes that can happen, when there flooded with orders, and things can get overlooked. No biggie, we will go over it and make sure they get what they paid for, or their full money back.
