Dear Rebecca, Where do I begin? Well here we go. The day after winning my djinn, I began to see him in the ring in the pictures on the listing. Only until AFTER I won did I see him. Shortly after that I began to see him everywhere. On the curtains in my living room, in clouds, even on the end papers at work. (I am a hairdresser, and when I would spray the perm papers with water, there he was!) Shortly after that he arrived. I must say that I was very pleasantly surprised by the care and information that was included with my winning bid! (Thank you!) While setting up to perform the initial conjure, he started to play with the tissue paper in the box. During the ceremony he showed himself in the incense smoke! Two days after that, while I was sleeping he showed himself again, (after waking me up) as a smokeless flame. (much like that of a sparkler w/o the sparkle, (only the red flame surrounded by a blue outline) This caught me of guard and frightened me a little, but I know that he would never hurt me! I think he knew that his little display threw me off guard, so the next thing he did was to sit up a beanie baby doll (that my dogs play with) on the bed. I just love him!! Hey there Rebecca, I got the genie yesterday. And ohhh man, I got the package im my way out to work, so I open it up I put the ring in my chain took the instructions and left to work. Hi Rebecca, I thought i would write to you about this djinn. I burned one of the insense and when i was meditating a little fly kind of bounced off the insense smoke that was travelling up. It then sat on the table and then flew off. I also thought of taking a picture and on the left side of the ring i can make out a face. Just thought I would drop you a line to let you know the great thing my Genie did for me. I was getting really sick, coming down with a bit of the flu, and had eye conjuctivitus with eye goop so bad I could hardly see. I had chills, and felt like crap but I could NOT afford to get sick this is my final week for homework and if I dont get it done I dont graduate. Hi Rebecca, I keep meaning to e-mail you about this-and I just remembered again! The day that this item arrived here (in the mail facility the day before I recieved it) the funniest thing happened: My husband came in from taking our dog out, and our neighbor caught him outside and handed him a saucepan of pure vanilla extract - his mom told him that simmering it would clear the air in the house and make everything smell wonderful. When I checked the tracking for this item, it struck me that he had come in the door with that saucepan of vanilla at almost exactly the same time it arrived in our vicinity! When I first saw C., I knew right away that I HAD to have that ring (despite not having a penny to spare.) But I HAD to have her. Something deep inside me just demanded it. I tried to stave off the urge for a long time but every time I thought of losing this ring, I would cry. It was absolutely impossible to drop it. Hi Rebecca, I decided to work all night here at home (I do medical transcription and can work when I want). I tend to have insomnia but haven't had in a long time. I didn't have it last night either. I just decided to pull an all nighter. Hmmm, I wonder why. As I sat here at my computer around 2 or 3 a.m., I decided to take a break. Hi Rebecca, I just want to let you know that I received the ring from my mom that she bought for me. I was so excited and surprised. She told me it was supposed to be a Christmas present but she felt I needed it now because of all the stress I have been under. So the first night I received the ring I did the initial conjuring and I meditated. I felt such a strong energy and had very strong visions during meditation. To Whom It May Concern:
I would like to share the series of phemomena that occured in the first ten days of my involvement with one of Starry1_Night's Genie Rings with you. Incidents one through five occured before I became Master of the Genie in the ring, and the first occured before I received the ring. Incidents six and seven occured after I became the Genie's Master.
1. I was wide awake in my bedroom the night I won the Genie Ring auction. I had just gotten into the bed and turned the light off when a full color, full sized, solid apparition of an elderly bearded Arab gentleman dressed in white Arabic robes and a white burnoose appeared next to the bed and bowed to me. I later found out that the apparition exactly fitted the description of the former master of the Genie that had been conjured into my ring.
2. The ring I won was described in the auction as being a size 8. I bought the ring to wear on my left little finger, which is close to a size 8. When I received the ring and tried it on it easily fitted my size 10 ring finger. Starry1_Night takes great care in the presentation of her Genie auctions, there is no question of her making a two size mistake in the description of the ring. The ring actually changed size to fit me.
3. Before I performed the Master Spell to bind the Genie in my ring to me I had two rare books delivered to me by the U.S.Postal Service on Christmas Day. The box containing the books had delivery confirmation and insured stickers on it. Even though I was not home on Christmas Day the mail carrier decided to ignore Postal Regulations about obtaining a signature on an insured, delivery confirmed package and dropped the package containing my books on my open front porch in the driving rain. The cardboard box containig the books lay in heavy rain on my open front porch for 16 hours before my regular postal delivery person called my attention to the package the next morning. The package was soaking wet to the point where the box was disintegrating. When the wet box was opened at the Post Office in the course of filing an insurance claim for what had to be damaged books the styrofoam shrimp packing material was wet, but the two books wrapped in just plain brown paper were bone dry and undamaged. The fact that the books remained dry while in contact with wet styrofoam is an impossibility. The impossibility of this situation was agreed upon by the people who saw the box opened - these included the Post Master, the Postal Route Supervisor, and my son, whose academic achievements have earned him the honor of being named ia Kean University Scholar. It appears the Genie from the Ring was attempting to draw attention to himself by causing the mail carrier to ignore the signature requirement on my package and leave the box in heavy rain on my front porch so he could create the impossible situation of paper wrapped books being bone dry in a soaking wet box filled with soaking wet styrofoam shrimp.
4. The night of the same day the books were found to be dry in a wet box I dreamed that I was in a library with a distinguished looking gentleman in a gray suit who said he wanted to discuss a few things with me. Later I found that the Genie in my Ring took on the form of a distinguished gentleman in a gray suit for his previous Master. Also, the dream encounter seemed connected to the book incident as it ocurred in a library filled with rare, leather bound books like those I had received earlier in the day.
5. The next night I had a dream about the same man in a gray suit.
6. When I purchsed my ring it had a face looking out of what appear to be blowing, shifting, desert sands in the stone. After I became Master of my Genie the face of the previous Master of my Genie appeared next to the Genie face that was in the ring when I purchased it. The new face in the stone is the face of the apparition that appeared in my room the night I won the auction.
7. I collect rare books. I own four copies of a rare book. Each book is supposed to have a pamphlet which is tucked into the front cover of the book. One of my copies had only a poor photo copy of the pamphlet, and not an original of the pamphlet. I was going over the books before and complaining to my son that one of the my volumes is devalued because it does not have an original copy of the pamphelt with it. I had three of the original pamphlets out of their books and had put one original pamphlet into the volume that did not have an original pamphlet just to see how the book looked with an original pamphlet inside the front cover - IN FRONT OF MY EYES IN MY OWN HANDS I SAW AN ORIGINAL COPY OF THE MISSING PAMPHLET MATERIALISE INSIDE THE FRONT COVER OF THE PAMPHLET THAT I HAD JUST LAID INTO THE FRONT OF THE BOOK!!! INSTANTANEOUSLY I HAD FOUR ORIGINAL PAMPHLETS WHERE BEFORE I HAD ONLY THREE!!! THE VALUE OF MY BOOK HAS INCREASED TREMENDOUSLY!! THIS CAN ONLY BE DUE TO THE ACTIONS OF THE GENIE FROM THE RING I WON IN STARRY1_NIGHT'S AUCTON!!
