I try to answer all my emails ASAP and ship ASAP! I ALSO offer best offer on many of my items! Please understand that there is NO WAY that I can give 50% off my asking price so please do not ask. I am not being mean but I normally paid more for that for the item PLUS there are Ebay fees, Paypal fees, Shipping materials, Gas, etc. If there is any reason why I do not ship within the "48 hour" shipping period I will email you and let you know. This does not normally happen but PLEASE understand that I do Ebay all myself and there are times that I get behind, or that things happen to our family etc.
When leaving feedback if for ANY REASON I have not earned a 5 STAR rating PLEASE email me and let me know why so I can change it! I honestly STRIVE to give 100%, 5 STAR, customer service in ALL areas! I wont know what to change if I don't get feedback from my buyers, so please do not hesitate to email me with any suggestions. As soon as I receive positive feedback you will receive it from me as well.
If you have received a item and are not 100% satisfied with it email me, and you can return it for a refund. The item must me sent back the way you received it. However, if it is not due to my error I can not refund ANY shipping charges! The GREAT thing is that if you get it and just don't like it, or it don't fit right etc you can send it back, NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!!
