ABOUT US

My name is Lisa and my husband Don is my partner. We were formally doing Ebay as Trader1994 and have changed screen names for the New Year. We started doing Ebay in 1999 and have found it to be a whole lot of fun. Buying as well as selling. We are located in Rhode Island . and ship all over the world.

HONESTY AND PRIDE

 We pride ourselves on giving the customer the best service possible. We try to accurately describe our products and picture them as well. We are constantly available for answers to any questions the bidder may have. We ship 6 days a week to anywhere in the country.
We normally ship priority mail, but will work with the bidder if they request a different delivery type. We post an "ALL SALES FINAL" policy but try to work with the bidder if there happens to be any problem in the product that is not accurately described. If a refund is issued, purchase price is refunded only, not the shipping costs. We encourage everyone to use the insurance option, as we cannot be responsible for the way the United States Post Office handles our packages. They are packed well and secure when they leave us to ensure a safe delivery. We post feedback daily to accounts and hope that bidders will do the same for us. As Trader1994, we are proud to say that we had over 1500 positve feedbacks with many repeat customers. As Stillwater Collectables, we hope to achieve that same success...and then some.
