I hope you enjoy browsing my auctions. I love antiques. I especially like very unusual and detailed, ornate items from the victorian era. I also love old houses. Right now in addition to selling on Ebay, I am restoring my childhood home that was built in 1895. I have been working on it for the past 4 years and it is almost finished.

Where My Items Come From: My items may come from estate sales, my own basement, my closet, flea markets, or antique stores. My home is non-smoking and I have one inside/outside cat. All glassware, pottery, silver, jewelry, dishware and ceramic items are sparkling clean before shipping. All clothing is either washed or dry cleaned before shipping. Some items like the fireplace covers that I sell will have rust on the backside. I paint the front and do the artwork on these myself.  Some items may have a musty smell just because of their age. I do my best to eliminate this but sometimes it's just impossible.

How I Pack Your Items: Your items are packed as if they will be dropped off the roof of my house. It's so sad when you have waited for your item to arrive and it is broken into a jillion pieces. Insurance is added to every single item I sell. Delivery Confirmation is purchased for all items.

Communication: I believe in communicating with my buyers. When your item is shipped I will email you with the Delivery Confirmation number and give you the date of shipment. If at any time you need to ask me a question please feel free to do so.

How I Ship: I normally give buyers a choice of how they want their item shipped. If a buyer chooses Priority Mail, then it will ship Priority Mail. So many times I hear about sellers charging for Priority mail and then shipping by Parcel Post. I feel this is unfair to the buyer, and this is not how I operate. If you have any questions about shipping or shipping charges,  please ask before bidding. I do my best to keep shipping charges as low as possible.

Customer Service: I take great pride in customer service and want everyone to be happy with their purchases. If you are the winning bidder of one of my items and need answers to questions at any time during the transaction please feel free to contact me as many times as you like. I check my email all day long.

About Feedback: I leave feedback when my customer leaves feedback for me. I know there is a big debate over sellers vs. buyers leaving it first, however I want to know that my customer is happy and that the transaction has been a success for both of us. If you are not happy with your item, please contact me and I will make it right. I also buy from time to time and so I have been on the other side of the fence. I leave it for my seller as soon as I know I am happy.
