I am commited to YOUR SATISFACTION and determined to uphold all of my professional training in Customer Service and Sales to bring you what you want on Ebay. I sell brand new cosmetics, beauty, bath & body items from quality brand name makers. I also list srapbook items: dies, papers, embellishments, etc. as well as fashionable plus size clothing.

I believe in keeping my costs low & my shipping prices low. I do so by offering fair pricing and sometimes using recycled materials in packing supplies. This means reusing bubble wrap, boxes, mailers and paper. I also use recycled material as aften as possible in any way I can. If you would like brand new packaging (other than what came with the item), and expect lots of extra material (boxes inside boxes inside bags inside envelopes) you won't find that with me. I pack everything securely, but I do not use more material than is needed just for aesthetic purposes. I also use online shipping to save me trips to the post office. (Gas is almost $4.00 a gallon and supposed to hit $5 by July!) Which is why First Class International will take longer, because it requires a trip to the post office:)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: First Class International items have a longer handling time, because they require an in person delivery BY ME to the post office. I cannot buy postage online and give them to my mail carrier (Like I do with all of my other packages!) I can only make this trip once every 7-10 days, depending on my schedule. ALSO NOTE: YOUR ITEM MAY TAKE 4-6 WEEKS DELIVERY IF IT IS STOPPED BY US CUSTOMS!!! THIS IS BEYOND MY CONTROL! PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN LEAVING FEEDBACK AND RATING MY SHIP TIMES! This is not a regular occurance, but it has happened more than once to items I have shipped, and usually FIRST CLASS shipped items. PRIORIT MAIL WILL GET TO YOU MUCH FASTER, and will also be covered by an indemnity insurace at no extra charge! ($ amount depending on the weight and value of the items.) I will mark items as merchandise and the value as the amount you paid. So, please expect to pay the customs fee if your country charges one.

In my 5 years+ selling on Ebay I have leaned that I can;t please everyone all the time, but it doesn't stop me from trying! I recieved a negative rating almost a year ago from a woman who bought a dress that was listed as size 18/20, but the size tag said 14/16. The listing did included detailed measurements of the dress (bust, waist, length). I offered to replace the dress. I called every Lane Bryant store in the state of Ohio to find the exact same one. She said she would keep it and use it as incentive to lose weight. Imagine my surprise when I saw the negative comment. The 2 negative feedback ratings I received in 2006 occured during the Holiday season when I was working a full time job in addition to Ebay, and I had a hard time getting things mailed out in a timely manner. I did give refunds to anyone who wanted them! I am no longer working full time and have a 2 (business) day handling time!

Please feel free to email me with any questions!  PLEASE PAY IMMEDIATELY or HANDLING TIMES WILL BE LONGER! I base my handling time on payment being received within 24 hours of the listing ending! I plan my listings to end on specific days so that I can accomidate my schedule to get things shipped out right away. If you decide to wait and pay, then handling times will be delayed by a week or more! Please keep this in mind! Do not leave me negative feedback afer you sniped an auction, bid at the last minute and then didn't pay for 3 or 4 days. OR if you pay the wrong amount, that will also delay. Please pay attention to the listing and the diferent shipping options I offer! I try to accomidate everyone by offering mulitple shipping options.
