I suggest having a luthier or guitar tech who is VERY FAMILIAR with Floyd Rose systems adjust your guitar if you are not experienced with said bridges. ALL CANADA SHIPMENTS are sent through USPS, so if you would NOT like US POSTAL SERVICE to ship the item, please contact us for a DHL, FEDEX, UPS or other carrier quote for the package. The reason we use USPS for international is because FEDEX and UPS have a MANDATORY CUSTOMS BROKERAGE FEE, regardless if you need to claim the item or not, which you would have to pay. Paypal,VISA,MC,DISCOVER,cashier's check,money orders - Sorry, NO PERSONAL CHECKS! I hold Money orders for at least 10 business days before shipping. Why? Banks usually take up to 11 business days for out of state money orders and even cashiers checks to clear. The only time a cashiers check is treated like a cashiers check is when I can walk into the same bank and cash the check directly. I have had a few people send in FAKE money orders and cashiers checks, along with STOLEN POSTAL MONEY ORDERS!!! Thus the mandatory 10+ business day hold which works out to being roughly 2 weeks. In other words... for FAST delivery use paypal! I can ship to other addresses other than that listed on your paypal account, and I usually ship within 24 - 48 hours. If you would like to call in your credit card #, you may do so by contacting me via EMAIL first, and I will respond with my phone#. Please note that my credit card bank does NOT cover charge backs or other disputes unless I ship to the billing address on the card. Therefore we ONLY ship to the billing address when credit card payments are called in. If you want to use your credit card, but do NOT want it shipped to your billing address, then you will need to go through PAYPAL checkout. Paypal is owned by EBAY and it is a safer way of making payments for me and for you. They actually have better CUSTOMER policies vs. seller policies. They often will work in favor of the buyer and have policies that are against the sellers that they charge a 3% premium to... RETURN POLICY
I accept Returns only with RA #, also known as a RETURN AUTHORIZATION #. To obtain an RA # (Return Authorization Number) Please call or email us with your specific reason for a return before sending an item back. Once you have received a RA#, please include that # with your contact info inside the carton, as well as the OUTSIDE OF THE CARTON. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Return must be in ORIGINAL condition for a REFUND MINUS OUR SHIPPING COSTS FROM INITIAL SHIPMENT, AND A 15% RESTOCKING FEE ON FINAL SALE PRICE.
