My name is David Starke and I wanted Supply Outlet to become a wholesaler's dream.  I often find items at closeout or below cost and can pass the savings onto other wholesalers.

Supply Outlet is a long term Dream in the making.  I have always wanted a business that would allow others to get things that they want at down and dirty pricing, while still making a living for my family.  I'm happy to say that we are well on our way to fulfilling that goal.

As you read in our feedback, our customers are extremely satisfied with the product they receive.  With the exception of a few, our customers have never had a complaint.  Those who did, did not respond to our quick action of resolving the problem, except with negative feedback.  I try, but you can't please everyone.  The point is that I do try to resolve any issue quickly so that neither buyer or seller have to go through the hassle of a bad or unpleasant transaction.

One thing I strive for is Happy, Happy customers!  It is my job to see to it that you get what I have described and that you get it in a timely manner.  It's also my job to see to it that you are pleased with your purchase.

Many times I have followed up with emails to check on my customers a while after the transaction, just to make sure that they are happy with the product, although you can read it for yourself in the feedback.
