My goal is for you to be HAPPY so you will continue to buy items for me in the future. Ebay has many new policies for YOU, THE BUYER to protect you. I'm very happy to say I'm doing my part to insure winners get a fantastic product at a fantastic price! By bidding on my auctions, YOU THE BUYER AGREE TO THESE TERMS. PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BID!

#1 Please pay within 3 days. I want to get your doll to you ASAP! After 3 days of no communication, I will email you asking for payment. If no response, I will wait for 7 days, then request a non payment fee credit. If you need more time though, no problem. Just please, COMMUNICATE with me! I would prefer a Money Order. I will accept BILL PAY if your bank offers it.

#2 Priority Mail has gone up! So I will be shipping mostly Parcel Post. Prices continue to go up yearly, but I will do my best to keep prices down as much as possible while still protecting your item. I will ALWAYS TRY to combine more than one auction! If you are bidding on more than one auction, I request that YOU pay for the first item won and let me know that you will be bidding on 1 or more of my auctions. I LOVE to combine auctions and I will box all winnings and give you a price for all the items. It is much cheaper to do this for you and easier for me too! AGAIN, please EMAIL me to let me know your plans! I print labels from my home. Insurance is up to you. INTERNATIONAL WINNERS! PLEASE email me BEFORE bidding to ask your shipping fee. I will say it is "gift" on your customs form. Paypal will NOT give any protection for international purchases, so I cannot assume the cost if a package gets lost or stolen. This is a risk and all loses must be assumed by YOU, THE BUYER. If a package comes back to me, YOU, THE BUYER will have to pay ALL SHIPPING COSTS to have it resent if address was incorrect.

#3 I protect your BARBIE or other items for the safest shipping possible. I usually wrap the doll or use an extra box. I ALWAYS use shipping peanuts. I use a room in my home as a packing department. I am set up very well and have a system! My goal is a quick turn around. I have sent many packages all over the world with excellent success. I know how to package your item and am probably one of the best on eBay. I will ship packages usually within 24 hours. I live less than 2 miles from the Post Office.

#4 If I have not described an item enough for you, please feel free to email and ask me a question BEFORE placing a bid. I will get back to you ASAP.

#5 I will leave feedback for you as soon as I receive payment. Since you have done your part to complete the sale, I want to leave feedback for you first. This shows you "good faith". This is the right thing to do for people. I want you to leave me feedback because you are thrilled when you open that box that came sooner than expected! I know that some sellers are afraid to do this and will only leave feedback for you after you have left it for them. I like my feedback asap too when I buy something here! If you have an issue, please email me before leaving negative feedback. I will do my best to make sure you are satisfied. My goal is to reach 1000 perfect feedback! Sometimes I do get behind on this, but I'll ALWAYS leave feedback.

#6 My home is "SMOKE FREE". I keep my dolls upstairs in a room with the door closed and the lights off. I store the dolls in their tissue in the shipping carton. I do have a cat and a rabbit. They are downstairs and mostly outside.

#7 I pick out the very best BARBIE doll I can find. I look at her box and the way she looks. I am one of those picky collectors and I also want you to be happy when I pass her on to you.

#8 I like the BUY IT NOW OPTION and will usually list one on my auctions for you. I try to be as fair as I can, but if you feel I'm too high, please let me know and I might consider lowering it for you.

There are SO MANY BARBIE DOLLS! Where does a new collector begin???

#1 The first thing to know is be informed and buy what you love! There are many resources. READ all you can BEFORE you buy.

#2 Become a member of the BARBIE CLUB at BARBIECOLLECTOR.COM. This is a valuable resource as you can read the bulletin board and they show you what is new and how many dolls are being produced. You can also ask questions on the website and people will help you.

#3 Go to doll shows in your area. This is really fun to do! This is where you can talk to people face to face and see what is going on in the BARBIE DOLL WORLD. I mean, it is HER WORLD and we are living in it trying to get them all!

#4 Get a magazine subscription. BARBIE COLLECTOR is a brand new mag produced by MATTEL and is a great replacement for BARBIE BAZAAR. You can get this free for joining BARBIE COLLECTOR.

#5 Go to the BARBIE CONVENTION! I went this last June. I entered the competition. My doll won in her category as well as the PEOPLE'S CHOICE AWARD! It was so exciting!
