We always try to combine postage and packing on multiple purchases where possible, please email us for details.  

Occasionally certain products due to high demand can very quickly become out of stock.  If this is the case stocks are usually replenished within 3 - 5 working days, if it is likely to be longer you will be notified. 

Please make sure you are available to accept the parcel or can collect it from the Post Office.  Full details will be emailed to you on receipt of your order.  It is our aim to give a first class service to all our customers.  If you are happy then we are happy. We keep you informed every step of the way with the progress of your purchases.  They are dispatched direct from our supplier, by recorded delivery, usually the day after we receive your order.  Sometimes it may even be next day delivery, instructions will be sent to you by email once your parcel has been dispatched.
