**  TERMS  **

Please ask all questions *Before* bidding. All auction items are sold As-Is and I don't give returns- I'm not Walmart. I accept Paypal for USA residents only (Domestic confirmed addresses only).  No International Paypal payments, no exceptions.  United States postal money orders or well hidden cash at your own risk as methods of payment. I don't conclude auctions early nor do I reveal reserve prices.  My house is smoke-free.

Payment is due within 5 days from auction close or an Unpaid Item Dispute form will be filed with eBay. *I never forget*  NO CHECKS, they will be returned.

Delivery confirmation/parcel tracking number is added to the cost of postage for items over $10.

The buyer pays postage and packing costs. I ship via the United States Postal Service only. A small handling fee may be added to cover my shipping expenses.  This covers the cost of packing material and is not steep by any means.  International buyers may be charged the price of the box/packing material needed to ship your item. I ship at least once a week, sometimes twice.

I do combine shipping when possible, just ask =)If items are more than three days apart, I require payment without shipping.

I highly recommend Postal insurance, although it is optional and not required unless noted in auction.  Therefore, please realize that I'm not responsible for items once they are shipped.  If you have any concerns, please request and pay for postal insurance.  International buyers, I ship to you via US Postal Service, airmail or surface mail only.

Photos serve as a description, please view all photos and email me with any questions before bidding.

Measurements: are taken flat across the garment and then doubled. 
Shoes are always measured inside with a flat measure tape (length and width). Boots are measured from the outside. 
*Tip* measure your favorite garment to find what you like - or - take a trip to your friendly seamstress or tailor and let them do it for you.

I Don't give returns.  All sales are FINAL. Know your measurements and remember bidding is a contract.  If you are unsure or have any questions, ask me BEFORE bidding.
