We have
recently had a number of non-paying bidders. I want to remind all
bidders about eBay's Unpaid Item Policy (from
http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/unpaid-item.html):

from the seller if they win the online auction or use the Buy It Now
feature. eBay's Unpaid Item policy requires buyers to pay the seller for
the items that they commit to purchase./font>
As the
winner of an auction or "Buy It Now" enters into a legally binding
contract, if payment is not made (under the terms outlined in this
document and the terms in the ad), legal action may be taken to collect
any overdue amounts (beginning 20 days after auction close). In
addition, interest will occur at the maximum rate permitted by your
state law, or 12% APR, whichever is lower.

Effective immediately, if
you are new to eBay and/or you have a Zero or Negative eBay Feedback Score,
contact us before bidding to gain permission to bid, otherwise your Bid WILL be cancelled.

Because of
delivery issues, we do
not ship to Germany under any circumstances.
Payment Information
We prefer PayPal for all payments, but we also accept from US
and Canada buyers:
Checks are held up to 7 business days for clearance. Please note: There will be a $25 fee for returned checks (no exceptions)! See each specific listing for payment types accepted. I normally ship on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday via U.S. Postal Service
Mail.
If you want it shipped a different way, please contact us BEFORE bidding.
Payment/Communications about Payment must be received with 3 days of auction
close. If not, item will be re-listed, and negative feedback WILL be
filed. If you are mailing payment, it must be received within 7 days of
auction close, and I must be notified via eBay Checkout within 3 days of
auction close that you are mailing payment. Any exceptions must be approved
in advance.
Computer Information
We use the
following to describe the condition of our Computers:

Refurbished: These systems are put through the production process
again to ensure they meet all original factory specifications. System is
also retested to ensure the same quality and excellent workmanship
standards as a new system. Refurbished systems may have cosmetic
blemishes.

New:
Includes New, Unused, and Previously Ordered (but not turned on) New Systems.

Used:
System is not New or Refurbished. These systems are usually sold
AS-IS.
