we may be able to provide you with a replacement (if in stock) or a refund (if out of stock). send an email briefly describing the problem and referencing your order. to authorize a refund, items must be returned in original condition with packaging, tags or shrinkwrap still attached. shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. you may want to insure your return as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. if there was an error in shipping on our part, we will make an exception and additionally refund your shipping charges and return postage, as necessary. we will only accept opened returns if the item is suspected of being defective. we will not accept an open return for system or region incompatibility.  please contact us for authorization and mailing instructions. once item is received, we will test it and send out a replacement as necessary. if the game is defective, we will send you a new replacement (if available) or refund your full payment. if the game tests out ok, we will contact you and send back the original purchased game or offer a partial refund (subject to 50% restocking fee).
